We are thrilled to celebrate the graduation of our Helms Middle School FLP graduates! Welcome to the GO family!
In our time together our impassioned and inquisitive group explored school governance and finance, did a deep dive into student data, studied organizing and advocacy principles, and learned the importance of relationship building. Participants wrapped up the program by putting all the pieces together and creating their own advocacy campaigns to put into motion.
Thank you Helms for welcoming us on campus to journey beside such amazing families. And a big thank you to Helms Community School Director Tana Monteiro and Bilingual SCOW Daniela Ramirez for inviting us to be part of your wonderful community. We can’t wait to see what these incredible leaders do next!
